There are many ways to get involved with Suncoast Arts Fest!
Suncoast Arts Fest is fast becoming one of the most respected and successful fine arts and crafts festivals in Florida, and there are many ways to get involved. As the festival approaches, we are actively seeking new artists, entertainers, volunteers, interns and sponsors to help make this event the best it has ever been. Click on the links below for more information, or call Jennifer at (863) 337-4256, and she will be happy to help you with your questions.
Fine artists and craftsmen may submit an application to Suncoast Arts Fest through Zapplication.org. The deadline to apply for juried consideration is October 15, 2016 with invitations to be released on November 4, 2016. Any spaces that become available after the posted deadline will be announced on SAF social media and an application form will become available on suncoastartsfest.com.
Suncoast Arts Fest features both professional and amateur entertainment throughout the festival. If you have an act or a unique talent that you would like to submit for consideration by the entertainment committee, please email festival management along with any relevant website or youtube links and your fee requirements.
Suncoast Arts Fest is a volunteer-run event, and we need lots of help! There are currently several openings on our steering committee, and we need plenty of help on-site during the festival. For a full list of job descriptions, or to register your shift, click here.
SAF is continuing its high school internship program for junior and senior level students. If you are interested in pursuing the arts as a career, interning at SAF is a great way to gain experience, boost your resume and fulfill all your community service requirements for school. With approximately 100,000 visitors a year, and valuable media partnerships with the Tampa Tribune and Hits 106, sponsoring Suncoast Arts Fest is a terrific way to build your company’s reputation and brand awareness. As a nonprofit, there is also a great charitable incentive to give. Not only will your gift be tax-deductible, but you can be assured that all festival proceeds are donated back into the community through the “Arts for Kids” Grant Program, which provides special project assistance to visual and performing arts programs in Pasco County schools. Since the festival’s inception, $91,000 has been awarded for the educational benefit of over 15,000 area children and teens. For a full list of opportunities, click here.
